Here are some of our Frequently Asked Questions, hopefully they will answer your question. If you are still unsure, please don't hesitate to contact:

How long will it take to make my garment?

Each garment is hand made to order by Emily, you should allow for up to three weeks for your new garment to arrive.

Do you offer custom fit?

Yes, we do offer custom fit for a small fee of £10, please contact us to find out more. However, we cannot accept the return of items that have been produced to custom sizing.

My size isn't listed, do you make it?

If your size is not listed, we are happy to pattern cut, grade and make it for you, however, this will be treated as a custom fit and will incur an additional fee of £10 and will not be able to be returned.

I want to utilise your repairs service, how long will it take?

Repairs take up to 30days from the date we received the garment.

Why do we have to pay for the postage of the repair?

We are a small company and do not factor in an additional charge to cover the cost of repairs and postage when we are pricing up our garments, this is to keep the price of our products attainable. Therefore, as a company we cannot afford to offer to pay for postage as well as repairing the items for free (if within two years) or for a small fee of £5 (if after two years). We offer this service as a goodwill gesture to our customers and to our planet as we believe in loving our garments for as long as possible.

Where does your fabric come from?

Most of our fabric is sourced from and made in the UK or Europe, we try to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible to buy close to home. All our fabrics are sustainably made and are certified organic using the GOTS certification.
