Healthy (and vegan!) Chocolate mousse!

Today at Zola we wanted to share our summer version of a chocolate mousse. It is healthy, takes only 5 minutes to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients :  ( for 4 servings)

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1 avocado

- 4 heaped tablespoons of cacao powder

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon of Honey, maple syrup or sugar (optional)

Recipe : 

It couldn't be easier ... Blend all ingredients together with a hand blender or using a food mixer. Transfer into 4 little pots or glasses.

Keep in the fridge until served or enjoy immediately!

For little extras you could add fruit pieces or some nuts for a little bit of crunchiness.
